A young man has been sentenced to three weeks in jail and a fine of $2,000 for exposing himself to four girls and insulting the modesty of another girl in Bishan.
The Straits Times reports that 22-year-old full-time national serviceman Kevin Ng Wen Pin admitted to two of the five charges slapped on him.
Last year, Ng approached a 19-year-old who was jogging at Bishan Park, claiming that he wanted to perform a survey and conduct a "social experiment".
