A 30-year-old man believed to have scammed victims ordering limited-edition watches and toy figurines online has been arrested by the Singapore Police Force following an operation conducted on Apr 28.
After police started receiving reports regarding non-delivery of online purchases in October 2014, officers from the Tanglin Police Division conducted extensive investigations to establish the identity of the suspect.
They found him on Beach Road.
Police say preliminary investigations show he was involved in at least 24 similar cases and victims have lost more than $37,000.
