Completely struck out of a will that would entitle him to a multi-million dollar inheritance, former tour guide Yang Yin is on the warpath to get his name back into wealthy widow Chung Kin Chun's will.
Earlier this month, the 88-year-old widow had drawn up a new will that will leave most of her assets to charity and nothing at all to him. Yang — who formed a familial relationship with Chung when they first met in Beijing in 2008 — was initially the executor and beneficiary of her assets.
According to TODAY, Yang directed his lawyer to file on appeal against the Family Justice Court's decision to recognise Chung's new will.
Yang has been in remand since October last year, facing over 300 charges for various offences which included misappropriating Chung's money and falsifying documents.
