![Instrumental rock marvels Sphaeras to launch debut album 'Moirai' in May]()
It's been two years since their formation and Sphaeras has already been making significant ripples in the music scene here with their bold, rhythmically unorthodox approach to instrumental rock and ferocious live shows to boot. Fans should be glad to know then that the quartet will be releasing their debut album this May.
After months of recording with renowned local producer Leonard Soosay, the lads are ready to unleash that trademark instrumental technicality in maximum form with Moirai, undoubtedly fueled by offbeat tempos, electrifying guitar-driven melodies and understated emotional gravitas.
The launch of the album at The Substation on May 2 will be joined with the likes of fellow sonic prospectors sub:shaman and Silhouette. Tickets on sale through Peatix at $20, while its $25 at the door. Stay updated on the gig on the Facebook event page.
