What's with the spate of perverts out in the wild these days? While a man was arrested at ITE College West for cross-dressing to get access into the female toilet to peep at women, police in the north-eastern district had their (sanitized) hands full with a shameless flasher in Punggol.
Lianhe Wanbao reported an incident where a man was spotted with his pants down near Block 174C along Edgefield Plains at 7:20am on Monday, polishing off his morning wood with one hand and holding on to a phone with the other.
According to the witness, his wanking got more vigorous every time a passerby walked past. Even as the witness took out her phone to take pictures of him in the act, the classy man gave no fucks and kept going in his quest to cum.
The police were later called in and the 42-year-old man was arrested at a playground nearby, putting an end to his obscene days.
