Chingay Parade returns again to spill an exorbitant amount of celebrations on the streets of Singapore, and as per usual with all major jamborees, roads will be closed off to vehicular traffic.
Motorists are to take note about the affected roads tomorrow for the National Education Show and on Feb 27 and 28, when the Chingay Parade takes place proper.
Access into the above-mentioned road and lanes will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles — those found parking and causing obstruction to the event will be towed away.
