A shoplifter at Tampines got his ass shut down proper two days ago when two young men and a shopkeeper managed to detain him after being caught in his offence.

In a Facebook video uploaded by Jasmine Lim, the thief was seen subdued after allegedly trying to steal an iPad from a mobile phone shop at Block 201 Tampines Street 21. According to the uploader, he had also stolen some goods from a Japan Home outlet nearby earlier.
At one point, the thief vehemently denies stealing anything, all the while struggling and gnashing his teeth as it dawns upon him that his shoplifting days are efficiently over.
