Award-winning Australian chef Peter Kuruvita is taking over the reins at W Singapore Sentosa Cove's The Kitchen Table every weekend through November.
The author, TV personality and restaurateur will apply his Austrian-Sri Lankan heritage and vibrant travels to sustainable seafood, resulting in a culturally eclectic menu.
Expect to see items like the hot crustacean filled broth Soup Jaffna Kool, chilli linguine with freshly caught blue swimmer crab in squid ink stock, tandoori lobster, Western blue eye trevally sauce Veronique, chilli crab fondue and Sri Lankan curd and treacle pudding at Chef Kuruvita's Seafood from the Heart.
Each person pays $85++, while an additional $28++ gets you two hours of free flow beer.
Seafood from the Heart happens every Friday and Saturday, from 6 — 11pm.
