Traffic is going to be madness tonight at Marina Bay in the New Year's Eve celebrations, but for those stubborn enough to still drive around town this evening, the police have issued several road closures for the safety of spectators and facilitate traffic arrangements for the event.

To help ease the flow of traffic and assist motorists, auxiliary police officers will be stationed at all affect road junctions. Traffic advisory signs and electronic Variable Message Signs will also be put up near the affected roads, while motorists are encouraged to tune in to radio for the latest updates.
Parking at peripheral roads and stopping of vehicles along the Benjamin Sheares Bridge to watch the fireworks is strictly prohibited.
