Motorcyclist dragged for 50m in fatal CTE accidentA horrific accident occurred on the Central Expressway (CTE) last Saturday, where a motorcyclist was killed after being pinned under the tyres of a rubbish truck.  According to Straits Times, the motorcyclist was hit near the Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 exit and was dragged by the truck for about 50 metres. Witnesses have reported seeing his motorcycle crushed and helmet flying off during the collision.  The accident caused traffic to slow down to a crawl and caused a massive jam on the CTE, starting from the Braddell Road exit. The Singapore Civil Defence Force were alerted to the accident at 2.27pm, and paramedics later pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene. No other casualties were reported.  Photo: Wikimedia Commons   Read Also: Singapore Airlines crew injured in New Zealand car crash WHAT: MHA declares motorists not liable in hit-and-run accidents involving monkeys
