In the ongoing crackdown against errant personal mobility device (PMD) users, another e-scooter has been seized by the Land Transport Authority (LTA).
Its owner was caught by LTA's Active Mobility Enforcement Officers, who spotted the woman riding the device with her son in tow along the road at Edgefield Plains — clearly causing a potential hazard to themselves and other road users. The e-scooter itself seems to have been modified to support two other passengers, with seats installed on the front and back of the main one.
