Since 2010, a Malay-Muslim lady living in Tampines has allegedly endured racism-fuelled harassment by a neighbour that —if true — would have been enough to drive anyone insane. Widow Marliah Jonet, 61, apparently faced vicious verbal abuse delivered by 63-year-old Lee Dji Lin for years.
As if that wasn't enough, Lee allegedly threw a piece of raw pork outside Marliah's flat on June 18 last year. A clip of Marliah's alarming experience and CCTV footage of Lee's alleged act was uploaded on YouTube by the widow's sister-in-law.
