Haters say Singapore is full of delusions... of health, political correctness, safety and more, but we think this lot takes the cake. Know someone we should add to the list? Tell us in the comments.
6. MediaCorp
This SGAG meme says it all.
5. Xiaxue
After years and years of controversy, you probably don't need any more convincing that Xiaxue belongs on this list, but this is a really good one: Even in a starry-eyed, paparazzi-driven world, there are baby showers, and there's North West. We've never heard of anyone — award-winning blogger or not — organising a meet-and-greet for their baby. But it's happening — on March 31, Dash Incredible will be taking photos with strangers outside the Hokey Pokey Indoor Playground. If it had been ticketed, she probably would've made it to top three.
4. Sun Ho
The co-founder of City Harvest is still in trial for using church funds to sponsor her very brazen music career in Hollywood, which she later said was part of the 'Crossover Project' aiming to spread Christianity. That's $13 million of churchgoers' money used to produce videos like this for the sake of evangelism.
3. Ris Low
After her catastrophic stint as Miss Singapore World back in 2009, it'd be a sin not to include her on the list. But as Ms. Low — other than maintaining her now pretty vanilla blog — has pretty much stayed out of the spotlight, we've all stopped with the 'boomz' and 'leopard preenz' jokes.
2. Steven Lim
Why does the next biggest fail after William Hung think everything he does is "powerful" and "super exclusive" and that anyone would believe a word of his 'news updates' on the missing MH370? Why why why?! Also, watch his 'reaction' to the One Republic hit "Counting Stars". Case closed.
1. Kurt Tay
Yet another self-proclaimed 'superstar', but this one not only took out an ad in the papers (see it on Hardware Zone), he also went to Thailand to get C-cup breast implants so he'd be more attractive... to women. Like Steven Lim, he also appeared on Singapore Idol.
