The second alleged case of cat abuse has happened in the Marsiling estate, prompting fears of yet another animal killer on the loose in yet another northern neighbourhood.
Three days ago, Nur Idhawany went on Twitter to express her heartbreak over discovering her pet cat Casper dead at the foot of Block 217 along Marsiling Crescent.
