Hey, matcha lovers. This new cafe's menu is right up your alley. The Matcha Project x Copper Espresso is a takeaway space (with very limited seating) for the folks living/working in the Marina Bay area. On The Matcha Project's menu are tea beverages such as matcha latte ($5.50), matcha shot ($5-$6.50), and houjicha (roasted Japanese green tea) and genmaicha (roasted Japanese brown rice) lattes ($5.50). There's also the military latte ($6) that's a mix of the ronin matcha shot and dark chocolate.
