A shocking incident has rocked Taiwan in recent days, with four Singaporeans at the centre of the heinous crime: they were allegedly involved in a gang rape of two Taiwanese women.
Channel NewsAsia reports the four Singaporean men to be 23-year-old students who travelled to Taiwan last week for a holiday. What transpired next: they met two local women and partied together at a Taipei nightclub. The men then invited the Taiwanese women back to their hotel — where they allegedly got drunk and took turns raping them.
One of the women decided to press charges against the Singaporeans.
