Cat lovers and owners in Tampines reacted in horror and disgust back in May when a resident reported seeing a man killing a cat with wanton cruelty.
According to the alert issued by the Cat Welfare Society, a man was seen slamming a cat onto the ground in the vicinity of Block 884 along Tampines Street 83. Then he tried burning it with a lighter.
