If you're too lazy to make the trek to the maze that is Suntec City (seriously, we get lost in that mall every single time) for Wolf burgers — and if you're, like us, heartbroken at the closure of MeatLiquor SIN— this should cheer you up. The burger maestros of Wolf are now on Ann Siang Hill for the rest of this month as part of a collab with Bjorn Shen's Thai fried chicken joint, Bird Bird.
Of course, there'll be juicy burgers on the menu, topped with items like truffled porcini mushrooms, blue cheese, port cheese and caramelised onions. If you're in the mood for something festive, try the juicy turkey and turkey crackling burger smeared with cranberry jam. Otherwise, there's always the chicken burger with Shen's sweet Thai chilli slaw or the beef burger with his red curry mayo slaw.
