It's been a year filled with Japanese festivals, events and themed cafes in Singapore, and the latest happening sees the East Japan Railway Company establishing its first overseas venture on our shores. Opening in December, Japan Rail Cafe will be nestled on the first floor of Tanjong Pagar Centre, the tallest building that's connected to Tanjong Pagar MRT station.
