A teenager could only stand in fear being surrounded by a group of bullies at a HDB staircase landing, as he endured the blows, slaps and kicks they mercilessly rained on him. The motive is unclear and the reason why the teen got beat up wasn't stated — but nothing ever deserves a beating that vicious.
