Major props to this bro who thought nothing of saving a terrified kitty after it got itself in a pickle climbing up a tree in Little India. Not as intense as SPCA's heart-stopping rescue of a kitten from a 12th storey HDB ledge, but heartwarming nonetheless.
According to a passerby who saw the whole thing last Wednesday, a cat had been stuck on a small tree for some time. A hero arrived in the form of a Land Transport Authority (LTA) officer of the Active Mobility Enforcement team — the people who're cracking down on errant e-scooter and e-bike users — who mobilised (hur hur) a prompt rescue operation.
