Cruise along Jiak Chuan Road this weekend as the street transforms into a vibrant Caribbean party, complete with live music, dancing, arts activities and a luxury resort wear fashion show. As you chow down on BBQ bites and throw back $10 rum cocktails, you'll be treated to dance-worthy reggae, salsa and hip hop tunes by the likes of Slingshot and Daryl Epimaco (The Lone Crow), as well as sizzling performances by batucada collective Bloco Singapura.
And if 10.30pm is too early for you to call it a night, there's the after-party at Lime House, where there'll be more music, drinks and dancing.
