Congrats are in order for local singer-songwriter Charlie Lim, the newest talent signed to Universal Music Singapore. This comes a year after fellow homegrown artist Gentle Bones joined forces with the major record label.
The 360-degree deal includes recording and publishing rights, live shows, endorsements, merch and co-management with his current House of Riot team.
But first things first – the soulful crooner’s first release under Universal is shaping up to be an EP due mid-2017. We definitely can’t wait.
For now, you’ll have to be content with tuning in to the sweet sounds of his self-titled debut EP from 2011 and last year’s edgier double EP release, TIME / SPACE.
