New menu at Blue Lotus Chinese Eating House offers even more Asian-Western fusion delicacies

Tucked away in the upper-crust nooks and crannies of Sentosa Cove lies Blue Lotus Chinese Eating House, offering critically acclaimed dishes that offer modern takes on Chinese cuisine. 

With owner and head chef Ricky Ng helming the posh fare, diners at the restaurant get the best in New Age Chinese cuisine with through artisanal signatures such as the Pomelo Chilli Crab and wok-fried Kagoshima Wagyu Beef Tenderloin. It comes to no surprise then that they've now set up Blue Lotus Concepts International to launch more restaurants of similar vein in the near future.
