If you're interested in history, architecture or law, this one's for you. In celebration of the first decade of the new Supreme Court building, a series of free guided tours for the public will run from June 14 to 24. Participants will be educated on the history of the Supreme Court and court processes, in this collaboration with the National Gallery Singapore (which is the site of the old Supreme Court building).
Stops on the tour include the old court room, chamber and rotunda at the National Gallery Singapore, as well as the court rooms (including Singapore's highest Court, the Court of Appeal) and the viewing gallery at the current building. Usually, only public areas such as the Heritage Gallery are open for curious onlookers.
