In a case officially tagged as an unfortunate misadventure, a young student from China was found to have overdosed on weight loss pills that was most likely bought from the websites of a clinic and a hospital in Thailand.
22-year-old Huang Guo had collapsed on the night of June 27 last year while singing a song at karaoke chain K-Box in Cathay Cineleisure before dying in hospital shortly after.
