Uber-chic basement nightclub kyō is facing issues usually encountered when one is located underground — so much so that they have to close their doors till the end of the month.
According to a Facebook post, kyō will have to be closed for two weeks due to damage to their interior, resulted from water leakage from a faulty pipe in the unit above them. Seems like its bad enough to prompt the management to get the club's furnishings refurbished and its sound system overhauled.
"The management of kyō and Limited Edition Concepts would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused," they wrote. Their hallowed doors will be open once again on June 1.
