Yesterday, eight Asia-Pacific airlines joined forces to form Value Alliance — the world's biggest low-cost carrier group. This move is to benefit consumers, who will enjoy the convenience of having more destinations and routing options to consider when making travel plans. Now you can book flights, choose seats and order meals from any of the airlines in just one transaction.
Members of the alliance include Scoot and Tigerair from Singapore, Cebu Pacific from the Philippines, South Korea's Jeju Air, Nok Air and NokScoot from Thailand, Tigerair Australia and Japan's Vanilla Air. Together, the airlines have a total of 176 aircrafts across the region serving over 160 destinations.
