Deep in the heartlands of Pasir Ris apparently lives one middle-aged man whose hobby is to wear a thong, light up a cigarette and stand by his window in full view of his neighbours.
Lianhe Wanbao reports that the horrified neighbours had had enough of his perverted antics (he'd been doing it for seven years already) last Saturday evening, when they confronted him outside his unit. It was quite a din at the fifth storey of Block 629 along Pasir Ris Street 3 — a group of 10 fuming neighbours demanded that the man exit the house.
