
Theatre lovers, there's something to look forward to in June. The month-long Singapore Theatre Festival by Wild Rice returns with eight plays, featuring brand new ones and re-staging of favourites. From the hilarious to the heartbreaking, the original Singaporean stories offer a voice for people from all walks of life, including the minorities and the marginalised. These works will be supplemented by festivities at Lasalle's Lowercase Cafe, with activities like playwriting workshops, discussion panels, drag performances and stand-up comedy shows.
