Last Sunday afternoon, it was reported that an accident had transpired at the junction of Yishun Avenue 1, involving a bendy bus, a lorry and a van.
The aftermath of the accident was chaotic, Channel NewsAsia reports, due the length of the off-duty SMRT bus. The bus blocked three whole lanes, two of which are turning lanes to Sembawang.
How did the accident occur in the first place though? Dashcam footage uploaded on the Beh Chia Lor Facebook page showed how the bus lost control and simply ploughed through everything.
