A recent operation executed by the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) managed to nab two Singaporean men and a whole lot of drugs in their houses. Yesterday, CNB raided the residence of a 41-year-old man who had been arrested the day before for suspected drug consumption and possession. Officers recovered 997g of cannabis at his residence on Kim Tian Road.
In the evening, a follow-up operation was launched to arrest his associate. They went to the associate's residence at Segar Road and promptly arrested a 42-year-old man, and seized over a kilogram of cannabis, 125g of meth, 16 Erimin-5 tablets and various improvised drug-smoking apparatus.
In total, CNB's haul of drugs were estimated to be worth over $89,000. Investigations into the drug activities of all arrested suspects are ongoing.
