Over 100 customers were left in the lurch when a car dealership simply took their money without delivering any of their fresh new rides. Over $4.6 million in deposits were allegedly misappropriated by Volks Auto employee Koh Check Seng, Volks Auto owner Alvin Loo Mun Yu and another man, Jason Koh Chi Kang in 2014.
Today, the 33-year-old Koh had his charged amended to conspiring to commit criminal breach of trust, The Straits Times reports.
