That's artist Ceno2, who started working on the wall on Jul 20. His works can also be seen at 778 North Bridge Rod, Bar-Roque at Amara Hotel, Clover Hotel The Arts, Samsui Lady at Amoy Street Food Centre and the Somerset Skatepark.
When it's completed on Aug 6, "Beauty Beneath The Surface" will be 19.37m by 4.74m big, and show a portrait of two characters prying open a wall to reveal a garden.
It's meant to invite shoppers and passersby to see the beauty of the world through a different lens, says KEEPERS: Singapore Designer Collective, who commissioned the art work.
KEEPERS has has been maintaining a pop-up store in the area since Sep 2014, selling a diverse range of local designers, artisans and artists.
Depending on the weather condition, Ceno2 will start painting daily from 10:30am till late.
