Fresh from a renovation and rebranding of her Bukit Timah restaurant, Violet Oon is preparing to open a second outlet at the National Gallery of Singapore.
The museum has been very anal about keeping everything under wraps but is expected to open near the end of the year. The Straits Times, however, clues us on the F&B outlets that will be stationed there.
Apart from Oon, you can also expect Italian restaurateur and Singapore legend Beppe de Vito, who will open an establishment named Aura, and fomer Jaan chef Julien Royer, who is said to be partnering with Lo & Behold and will open a fine-dining restaurant.
