Our city-state will be offering one C-130 aircraft for cloud seeding operations, up to two aircrafts to ferry a fire-fighting convoy from the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), an SCDF strategic team to provide assessment and planning assistance to their Indonesian counterparts, high resolution satellite pictures and hotspot coordinates and even a Chinook helicopter for aerial fire-fighting.
The assistance packages have been offered to Indonesia since 2005, which just goes to show that it's not very effective — transboundary haze has become an expected event each year.
