A horrific traffic accident took place along Pasir Ris Drive 3 on Saturday, and Member of Parliament (MP) for the Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC Zainal Sapari managed to capture the harrowing collision on his car's dashcam.

Witnessed a horrific accident along Pasir Ris Drive 3. Rendered assistance to the victims together with passers by and some mosque goers. Taxi driver was seriously hurt and conveyed to the hospital. Hope those who sustained injuries will recover. Please do not speed when driving.

Channel NewsAsia reports that the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) dispatched a fire engine, a Red Rhino, two fire bikes, a support vehicle and two ambulances to the scene.
The MP noted that the elderly taxi driver was seriously hurt, and he was found sustaining head injuries and breathlessness. He and two other casualties were conveyed to Changi General Hospital. Zainal also mentioned that the taxi driver's condition has taken a turn for the worse the last time the MP visited him in the hospital.
