These criminals put the grave in grave robbers — two men and a woman were arrested yesterday for attempted armed robbery at Lim Chu Kang Chinese Cemetery.
A 56-year-old cabby made a police report on Thursday morning about sustaining injuries after three people tried to rob him in his taxi at the cemetery.
Police managed to identify the young suspects — aged between 21 and 22 — and arrested them on the same day at Jalan Boon Lay around 4am.
If convicted, each of them face a jail term of up to 20 years, as well as 12 strokes of the cane for the men.
