Singapore Customs seized a huge haul of counterfeit goods today — 700 imitation women's bags and wallets to be exact, all of which were imported from China.
The Straits Times reports that they were found during an inspection of goods at Tanjong Pagar Distripark along Keppel Road and have been confiscated by the authorities under the Trade Marks Act. The brand owners have been informed, and the importer could face infringement actions.
