Two SBS service number 15 buses collided hard yesterday in Tampines, leaving six passengers in the hospital for treatment.
The accident occured along Tampines Avenue 1, The New Paper reports, where one bus bumped into the back of another, shattering the vehicle's windscreen.
One particularly injured passenger had her face hitting the seat in front of her, causing her to bleed heavily from the mouth and left her top covered in blood. The bus driver attended to the injured passengers with a first-aid kit as the ambulance made its way to the scene.
Five adult passengers were conveyed to Changi General Hospital while a girl was taken to KK Women and Children's Hospital.
In a statement by SBS Transit, the company has issued an apology over the incident and are rendering assistance to the injured in the best they can.
