A molestor didn't appear so bold in his tact anymore when he openly wept in court yesterday after being sentenced to jail and caning.
According to The Straits Times, 27-year-old Ong Siang Long trailed a fellow bus passenger when she alighted at Yishun Bus Interchange on Mar 2 in an attempt to strike up a friendship.
Following the 19-year-old girl to the lift of a HDB block, he then grabbed her buttocks and touched her left breast.
After pleading guilty to his charges, Ong was sentenced to 10 months in jail and three strokes of the cane for his offences.
