![Former China tour guide Yang Yin struck out of wealthy widow's will]()
It's the final blow to shady former China tour guide Yang Yin — he has been struck out of the will of wealthy 88-year-old widow Chung Khin Chun.
He and Chung had met while she was on a trip to Beijing, where Yang acted as her private tour guide. They both formed a close relationship to the point where Yang moved into Chung's bungalow in Singapore with his family. Initially, Yang was entitled to her multi-million fortune, estimated at $40 million.
Chung's niece Hedy Mok later filed for legal action against Yang, accusing him of taking advantage of her dementia-ridden aunt.
According to TODAY, the new will drawn up by Chung leaves most of her assets to charity and nothing at all to Yang.
But that would be the least of his problems — Yang is currently in remand as he faces over 300 charges in total, including two for criminal breach of trust.
