![New iteration of black ribbon commemorating LKY gets color redesign]()
The familiar sombre icon of a black ribbon with the silhouette of the late Lee Kuan Yew's face has now been recreated with a color change — red with the five stars and crescent imprinted.
The creator of the now familiar black ribbon — used to great length on social media and printed as car stickers and t-shirts during last week's mourning period — posted a new iteration on Monday, and provided a link for all to download and use for non-commercial purposes.
