In a video uploaded on the All Singapore Stuff Facebook page by a cabby's daughter, the clip depicts one insanely terrible taxi ride where a particularly nasty passenger — appropriately dubbed PoliteMan — verbally abuses the taxi driver about his driving, the air conditioning level, and generally being a self-entitled piece of shit.

Naturally, the clip has gone viral, enraging netizens everywhere. And of course, the internet vigilantes have sent out their digital bloodhounds and found the alleged asshole — a healthcare co-ordinator by the name of Jerrel Phua, according to HardwareZone.
In a media statement published by the cabby's daughter, she insists that the video was not created to initiate a witch-hunt — but more to highlight the difficulties that taxi drivers face carrying out their jobs. Instead of prosecution, she simply hopes that the man would step up to apologise to her father.
