Over a year since their first issue, local travel magazine Afterglobe return with their anticipated second issue, and everyone's invited for the launch this Thursday.
Focusing on the travel experiences of Singaporeans, the literary and art publication takes on the theme of 'Seasons' for their sophomore issue. Expect more of their solid, non-clickbaity stories about exotic locales and far-flung places, complete with stunning photographs and illustrations by various contributors.
Their launch party will be featuring the likes of live music by members of local indie-rock outfits Cashew Chemists and Pleasantry, a photo exhibition/postcard booth, a DJ set by Hongxiu and of course, food and drinks.
The Afterglobe Issue #2 Launch Party is happening this Thursday, Mar 12 at Gillman Barracks; be sure to RSVP for the event if you're heading down. More details available on their website and Facebook event page.
