French food's become more accessible in Singapore thanks to the Orchard Road-wide Saveur initiative and now, Italian cuisine's going the same way with Bottura.
A Bolognan family name synonymous with quality cooking, Bottura will launch a three-in-one dining establishment at the northern wing of the Suntec City Mall in April this year.
At its main dining hall, the brand will serve over 100 items, including 10 pizza-topper combinations and about 15 pasta dishes. There'll also be degustation menus, customised so they won't tear a hole in your pocket.
Suntec City Mall's Bottura will also feature a café-lounge and a retail section stocked with — what else, but — dry foods imported from Italy.
