A 25-year-old suspected molester has been arrested due to the efforts of two passers-by who caught him after the victim called out for help.
The 27-year-old woman was walking along Mackenzie Road two days ago at 3am when she was molested by an unidentified man. After shouting for help, two passers-by chased him down and detained him while waiting for the police.
Police officers responded to the scene shortly and placed him under arrest. If convicted, he will be punished with imprisonment of up to 10 years with caning.
