After the gloomy, damp weather in the past couple of weeks, the dry season has arrived again, and it's making an appearance much earlier this year.
The National Environment Agency expects a rainfall to reduce drop significantly below average this month and the next, though the dryness is not expected to be as hell as last year's record spell.
The earlier emergence of the dry phase of the North-east monsoon is reportedly due to stronger winds in the surrounding region, shifting the rain belt away from Singapore.
Folks can expect generally dry and windy conditions with short-durations of rain on a few days.
