Ladies, hold onto your knickers — the handsome cat-rescuing policeman (and coincidentally, an avid crooner) who set hearts aflutter all over the interwebs is reportedly a married man.
In a heartwarming police case posted by the Singapore Police Force on Facebook two days ago, Woodlands East Neighbourhood Police Centre officers Staff Sergeant Benjamin Cheah and Corporal Mohammad Faidzul Bin Muslim were pictured together with a cat that they rescued from a six-storey-tall pine tree. Already weakened from the lack of food, water and exposure to weather for two days, the policemen quickly devised a plan to get the cat to release its hold from the tree, involving makeshift trampolines and water spraying. The cat landed safely on the ground, and was soon reunited with its owners.

As if the heroic rescue weren't enough to set hearts aflutter, the fact that the two young police officers are actual good-looking individuals made the interwebs go crazy. The very buff Cheah — whom The New Paper discovered to be married as of September last year — also happens to be a musician in his own right, uploading videos of himself singing covers on his YouTube account.
