Fatty Crab is opening its first outpost in Singapore.
The crew behind the restaurant name renowned in New York and more recently, Hong Kong, is preparing to launch an izakaya concept called Neon Pigeon in March next year.
The restaurant will be located in Chinatown, joining hipster magnets like Bartini, Potato Head Folk and The Study.
Neon Pigeon is expected to serve typical izakaya fare such as grilled and karaage meats and fish, as well as sake, which the team is currently researching.
